Refund policy
At Big Game Sports, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within our standard return period or the extended holiday return period below.
Standard Return Window
- Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their item(s).
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and packaging.
- Return requests made after 14 days of delivery cannot be accepted unless covered by the extended holiday return period below.
Extended Holiday Returns and Exchanges
All orders placed between 1 November 2026 and 18 December 2026, inclusive, may be returned or exchanged until 14 January 2027, inclusive. The usual item-condition requirements and return shipping costs still apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, worn, or damaged items
- Items missing tags or original packaging
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
- A tracked shipping method is recommended for all returns.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if:
- Items meet standard eligibility requirements.
- The exchange request is submitted within 14 days, unless covered by the extended holiday return period above.
- Customers cover postage costs unless we made an error.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
- Once approved, we will send return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds
- After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days and issued to your original payment method.
- Once processed, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to reach your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
